All sales are final and no refunds/returns are permitted.
Once your order has been submitted, there are no modifications permitted. This includes modifications to products, shipment/payment methods, cancellations, refunds, addresses, etc.
Exchanges: unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our products unless there is a quality control issue specified within 7 days of receipt. Due to the delicate nature of our lace products, these can not be returned, replaced or exchanged.
Replacement: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us within 7 calendar days of your receipt with any concerns in reference to replacement. Please note that any alterations ( including but not limited to: perming, coloring, lifting, cutting, etc) will void this policy. Item must be received in original condition.
